Brandon and I had a wonderful date night in last night. We put the kids (all 3!!!!) to bed, and made dinner. It was a perfect way to spend time together after Brandon was gone on business for two weeks in Minneapolis.
We were able to share a bottle of wine and make this pasta:

yea for "date nights!" and even I could make that pasta! yummy!
Natalie - Anyone could make the pasta, and it is rediculously good!
ha--you'd be surprised! I mess up RICE everytime I cook it...I can't cook for anything!
