Elias is known for saying some wonderfully funny things, but I must share the comment from the breakfast table this morning. The boys decided to wake up early enough to catch Sesame Street and so I flipped it on for them. Rachel Ray is a guest on the show and she starts to talk about pumpernickel bread and how pumpernickel starts with the letter "p."

I ask Elias, "Eli, can you say pumpernickel?"

Elias: "Punterickle"

I repeat: "Pumpernickel"

Elias: "Mama! I can't say punterickle because I'm not a girl yet. I'm a boy right now, but when I'm a girl I will say punterickle."
