Yes, the title is cheesy (pun intended) but once again I must share about our date night in.....
Tonight we had cheese fondue with steamed broccoli, snap peas, bread, potatoes, and mushrooms - Delicious!
Here's the recipe:
4 cups Mexican shredded cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup of beer
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/8 cup cream (or to taste)
Directions:
- Mix cheese, flour, garlic powder, & red pepper in bowl
- Mix beer and Worcestershire sauce in pan and heat until it comes to a boil
- Slowly add cheese until it melts.
- Once cheese is melted add cream until it reaches the desired consistency
